# Privacy at Bamboo Digital > What this site measures, what it does not collect, which third parties are involved (Google Analytics, Amazon CloudFront, Zoom), and how to opt out. Short version: anonymous measurement you can switch off, server logs that keep the site running, and whatever you choose to send by email. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising network on this site. Measurement ## Analytics, and how to turn it off. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. It runs under Google's Consent Mode v2. Until you make a choice, no analytics cookie is written. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no identifier follows you between pages. Google still receives a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, which is how the consent state itself is communicated, and it cannot be tied to you or to a session. If you accept, a standard Google Analytics cookie is set and page views are grouped into a session. **Global Privacy Control is honored.** If your browser sends a GPC signal, this site treats it as a decline without asking, and the banner does not appear. Visitors in the EU and UK get a blocking banner instead, and nothing loads until they choose. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which resets the choice and brings the banner back. Server logs ## Logs that do not depend on your choice. The site is served by Amazon CloudFront, which writes standard web server access logs. These record the page requested, a timestamp, the response code, the referring page, your browser's user agent, and your IP address. This is ordinary server logging, it happens for every website you visit, and it is not affected by the consent banner: it is how the site is kept up and how abuse is spotted. The logs carry no cookies and are not joined to analytics. They are deleted automatically after ninety days. What you send ## Email, forms, and booking. If you email [blake@bamboodigital.io](mailto:blake@bamboodigital.io), that message sits in an ordinary business inbox and is used to reply to you and to do the work you asked about. Nothing more. The intake questionnaire runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are assembled into an email that you send yourself, so nothing is transmitted anywhere until you press send in your own mail client. The busywork calculator and the fit quiz are the same: they compute in the page and keep no server-side record. Booking a discovery call is handled by **Zoom** through its scheduling service. The name, email, and any note you give the booking form go to Zoom in order to create the meeting, and Zoom's own privacy terms apply to that step. If you give an email address to the newsletter form, it is used to send The Owner's Brief and for nothing else. Every issue has a working one-click unsubscribe. The short list ## What this site never does. No advertising network, no retargeting pixel, no data broker, no social tracking widget, and no sale or rental of anyone's information. There is no third-party script on this site whose job is to follow you somewhere else. The third parties involved are only the ones named above: Google for analytics, Amazon Web Services for hosting and logs, and Zoom for booking a call. You can ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and you do not have to be in a jurisdiction that grants those rights for the answer to be yes. Requests go to one person rather than a privacy team, so the honest expectation is a reply within a few business days rather than the same hour.
