Why this exists
The tools finally caught up to the promise.
For years, "AI for small business" meant chatbots that guessed and automations that broke. What changed: systems that can hold your actual rules, your actual voice, and your actual numbers, and cite where every answer came from. That did not exist two years ago. It does now, and most of the people selling it are still selling the old thing.
I build the new thing, the same way for every client: pull the business out of the owner's head, write it down, wire it to the real tools, and put every draft through the owner's hands before it ships. The method is documented, checkable, and designed so nothing depends on trust alone.
House rules
The rules that do not bend.
Grounded, never invented. Every answer traces to a source in your files. No claim ships that cannot be backed up. That applies to this website too.
Verified before it counts. Nothing is done because it looks right. It is tested working, on your real data, before I report it.
Documented and yours. The system is written down as we build it. If we stop working together, you keep everything and it keeps working.
Your data
Where your information actually lives.
- On your machine, in your accounts. The knowledge base is plain files on your computer. The AI reaches your email, store, and books through your own accounts and your own Claude subscription. There is no Bamboo Digital server holding your data, because there is not one.
- Access you can revoke in minutes. Every connection is documented as it is wired, so you can see exactly what touches what, and turn any of it off yourself.
- Client work stays confidential. Case studies publish anonymized until a client chooses to be named, and never include customer data.
Who this is built for

Before this
The company is older than the AI work.
Before agentic systems, Bamboo Digital was a growth firm for Shopify Plus merchants: Shopify Scripts, paid media, conversion rate optimization, speed work. Clients of that era included Barbell Apparel, Master & Dynamic, Moon Juice, Nest Bedding, EVO Gimbals, Elwood and Clae.
That matters here for one reason. Writing a business down so software can act on it is what a Shopify Script always was. The knowledge base is the same instinct with a wider surface. The whole arc, with the receipts.
The work
