What you get

Four builds. One foundation. Yours to keep.

Month one stands up your agentic knowledge base: the written brain and the first agentic workflows that run on it. Everything below is included, documented, and synced to your computer.

The shape of month one

Three of them run on the fourth.

Customer commsReplies drafted in your voice, for your approval
Inventory and booksLow-stock flags and the numbers, read not guessed
The right toolsFound, wired, and pointed at the same files

every one of them reads from

The knowledge baseYour products, rules, voice and numbers, written down as plain files you own
This is why the knowledge base is built first and why it is called the foundation. The three workflows above are not separate products, they are three things reading the same written source. Change a rule in one place and every one of them answers differently tomorrow.

Build one

The knowledge base. Your brain, written down.

Product rules and compatibility. A compliance folder the system always reads before it replies. Lead times, policies, dealer terms, pricing logic. Your brand voice, trained from your real emails.

  • Stops the AI from guessing. Answers come from your files, cited, or not at all.
  • Plain files, no platform. Syncs to your computer and mine. No lock-in, no export fees.
  • Compounds weekly. Every correction becomes a permanent rule.

Ask it something a customer would

# Fitment: MX-2 handlebar kit

## Fits
- Sur-Ron Light Bee X (2021-2026): direct bolt-on
- Talaria Sting R (2023-2026): requires riser adapter RA-11
- E-Ride Pro SS: direct bolt-on, confirmed by teardown photo (files/teardown-eride.jpg)

## Does NOT fit
- Talaria Sting L1e (road model): stem diameter differs. Do not suggest workarounds.
- Rawrr Mantis: untested. If asked: say untested, offer to check with supplier (2-3 days).

## Reply rules
- Always name the exact model and year back to the customer before confirming fit.
- If the bike is not listed here, the answer is "not written down yet," never a guess.
- Lead time if out of stock: 12-18 days (supplier-lead-times.md).

A composite of real client files, anonymized. This is the whole trick: plain files, readable by you, binding on the AI. When a customer asks "does this fit my Talaria?", the draft reply is built from this file and cites it, or says the answer is not written down yet. There is no third option.

Build two

Customer comms, drafted for your approval.

An agentic workflow for customer messages, product questions, and order updates: drafted from the knowledge base, grounded in the compliance folder, on-brand, and handed to you to approve.

  • The common stuff answers itself, in draft. Templates for the repeat questions, in your voice, still waiting on your click to send.
  • Marketplace-safe by design. Platform rules live in a folder the system reads on every reply.
  • You stay the sender. Nothing goes out without your review. It prepares, you approve.

Build three

Inventory, books, and operations.

Low-stock and reorder flagging so you never get caught short again, plus a profit, cost-of-goods, and cash-flow readout inside your own system.

  • A flag reaches you before a customer does. Reorder points watched against supplier lead times.
  • Replaces $300-400/mo point tools. The readouts those tools sell, built on your own data.
  • Core operations captured as SOPs. Warranty handling, returns, reorders, written and reusable.

Build four

The right tools, found and wired.

I find, test, and connect the tools that fit your stack: AI wired to your email, files, store, and inventory data, so the system works from real orders instead of pasted screenshots.

  • The evaluation work is mine. You get the decision and the working connection, not a research project.
  • Built on tools you can run. Preference for tools you already use or can adopt without me.
  • Documented as it is built. Every connection written down, so nothing is trapped in anyone's head.

Curious if this fits

See it against your own business.

Everything above is generic until it is built on your rules, your voice, and your numbers. Thirty minutes tells you what it would look like for you.

The walk-away list

What is in your hands at the end of month one.

  • A current-state workflow map. How your business actually runs, written down for the first time.
  • A prioritized roadmap. The 3-5 highest-return opportunities, ranked, with reasoning.
  • The knowledge base. Your rules, voice, and numbers, in plain files on your machine.
  • Working agentic workflows. Comms, inventory flags, and books readouts, drafted for approval, live on your real data.
  • SOPs and recorded walkthroughs. You can run all of it without me.

The terms, as structure

What protects you, stated plainly.

None of this is a reassurance we offer. It is how the engagement is built, which is why it holds whether or not we get along.

  • The files are yours. Plain files on your computer from day one. If we never speak again you keep the whole system, and it keeps working.
  • Nothing reaches a customer without you. Every workflow ends in your review. That is the design, not a setting that gets relaxed once we trust each other.
  • Every answer cites its file, or tells you the answer is not written down yet. A system that says "I do not know" is the one you can trust with the answers it does give.
  • Month one is the only commitment. After that it is one named layer a month, and you can stop at the end of any of them.
  • Each month has a named deliverable agreed before it starts, so you are never paying for a vague retainer and never wondering what this month bought.

The reason it is built this way. Every vendor wants to own your business's brain; this engagement is built so you can leave with it, plain files in hand, any month. Being able to leave is exactly why you can trust staying: the control sits with you at every step. How the layers are sequenced
